X-Files creator speaks at University’s Fear Film Festival

Foellinger Auditorium was packed with insect enthusiasts to celebrate the 30th annual Insect Fear Film Festival, sponsored by the entomology department. The Insect Fear Film Festival - scaring the general public with horrific films and horrific filmmaking since 1984


The 30th Annual Insect Fear Film Festival will be held on February 23, 2013 in Foellinger Auditorium (UIUC Campus). To honor the 30th year of the IFFF, Chris Carter, creator/director/producer/writer of the series and the movie spin-offs will attend the event. Admission is free and the doors will open at 6 PM. In addition to the films, there will be the traditional IFFF activities, including face painting, the insect petting zoo, and Bugscope.
