Duchovny is a crack up. Read the entire interview below and, yes, he really did say that about how he likes a directors' hands on him...I kid you not. Read the entire David Duchovny interview from the set of The X-Files: I Want to Believe in Vancouver below. 'X-FILES 2' DAY: Interviewing David Duchovny

You may know him as Fox Mulder

We've pushed two plastic refectory tables together and called dibs on our seats like children at lunch, aiming to score the chair next to the cool kid. Word is David Duchovny is rolling in early just to jam with us as only a busy, world famous actor and 15 lowly entertainment journos can. He's the first interview and we hear he's coming soon; he may already be here. And then we wait very quiet like for minutes, as if the slightest conversation will propel Duchovny to his trailer and fortify it with mace and tire iron. The soundstage is nothing more than a dank warehouse, and when the i ... [Continua a leggere]

Interview: The X-Files' David Duchovny

ShockTillYouDrop.com spoke to David Duchovny on the set of Fox's new X-Files sequel, opening in theaters on July 25th.

ShockTillYouDrop: So much about the plot is being kept in the dark, so what can you tell us about some of the themes of the film?David Duchovny: I think the reasoning behind being mum about what's going on the film, at least for Chris, is to give the audience an experience of surprise which is so hard to do with trailers. Having said that, the themes are the same as the show [which were] belief and faith and the relationship between Mulder and Scully and how that develops over the past four or five years the show has been off the air. As if they've been living, as we've all been living ... [Continua a leggere]

Duchovny Files Second Film

Before 1993, David Duchovny was probably best known as transsexual agent Dennis/Denise Bryson on Twin Peaks -- and for many sci-fi and fantasy fans, that would have been more than enough to earn him eternal admiration.
